Walter is a veteran of several Fortune 500 companies, including InterDigital Communications, Aydin Corporation and L-3 Communications, and has over 30 years of experience in engineering and business development. He holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and has completed a PhD program in this field.
Josh received his Bachelor of Science, with honors, in both Molecular Biology and Neuropsychology from the University of Oregon. He also received a Master of Science degree in both Biochemistry and Chemical Engineering and a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Oregon. Dr. Levy is a state licensed engineer in both Oregon and California.
Richard received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vassar College and the degree of Juris Doctor from Benjamin Cardozo School of Law in 1979. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1980. As an attorney and business consultant, he has represented clients in such diverse areas as real estate development; public underwriting; motion picture production and distribution; oil and gas; and solar energy.

Developed several catalysts for GTL/CTL plant and design of slurry-bed reactor.
Design of Basic Engineering package for 130,000 ton Polycarbonate plant.
Designed Dow’s epoxidation reactor.
